Flat-Rate Truck Shipping.

You have three options on truck freight:

Priority Shipment. This is the standard method we use to ship Trailer Toads. Usually, it takes from one-day to a maximum of 5 days (depends on location to a certain degree).
Economy Shipment. This is a new service a few freight companies are offering. Usually saves about $40 to $60 and adds two to three days to Priority delivery time.
Residential / Tailgate Lift Option: If you do not have a Commercial address you can use to have the Trailer Toad delivered to or you simply want it to come to your residence this might be an option you want. *Some rural areas are not eligible for this service, we will call to make sure.

If you prefer to get an "exact rate quote" we will be glad to do that too. If it is more than the "flat rate" on this page, you pay no more. If it is less than our "flat rate" you will be charged less. We are doing it this way to simplify the ordering process.

All Freight costs are sold at substantial discount. We use the best companies and get excellent discounts. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping if you want to.

Costs vary by the part or product you order. These shipping methods apply only to Trailer Toad parts, Stabilizer Bar Kits, drawbars and accessories. The TRAILER TOAD must be shipped via Truck Freight.

Payment Methods

If you decide to purchase a product we offer on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal for online orders.

You may also call (319) 404-7001 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. Remember, you must fill out and SUBMIT the form at the bottom of the COMPANY POLICIES PAGE. If you pay by personal check or company check your order will ship when funds have cleared the issuing bank. Bank Transfers have been very effective and are very fast as another option.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Customer Policies

TERMS

*We accept Master Card, VISA debit or credit cards. All credit cards are checked using an Address Verification System for your protection. We do NOT keep your credit card numbers on file.

*We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address not listed on the credit card’s billing address.

*Any order failing address verification approval or any other approval by our credit card processing company is subject to credit hold pending further verification.

*We may also require the cardholder to fill out a Credit Card Authorization / Company Policy Acceptance Form.

*Orders can be prepaid using cashier’s check, money order, company check or personal check and must include sufficient funds to cover shipping costs. Orders paid for in this manner will be held until funds have cleared the issuing bank.

*All shipments will be made via truck and must be delivered to a commercial address that is capable of unloading pallets. The Trailer Toad and wooden pallet weigh approximately 600 lbs.

RETURNS

Call Trailer Toad LLC (319) 404-7001 for a Return Goods Authorization number. All returns must be made within two weeks and return freight must be prepaid. Products returned COD or freight collect will be refused. All returns must include a RGA# and a copy of the original sales receipt. Returned Trailer Toads or other items are subject to 25% restocking charge. Reimbursement to the customer will only be made after all the customer’s payments have been verified. We will NOT accept returns of Trailer Toads or other items that have been used or altered in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned Trailer Toads or other items are subject to inspection by Trailer Toad LLC before final refund will be made. The decision whether the returned product is acceptable is solely that of Trailer Toad LLC and is not negotiable.

CLAIMS

Inspect your Trailer Toad and related items upon receipt. If there is apparent damage when it is delivered, NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN. Claims for damages, open or concealed, must be immediately made to the freight company. Bring any damage to the attention of the delivery person and make written notice. Claims for shortages or incorrect items must be made to Trailer Toad LLC within five days of delivery via phone, email or letter.

WARRANTY

Trailer Toad 3500HD and 5000SD models are covered by a 12-month Warranty; the warranty is in effect for the original purchaser (owner) against manufacturing defects to frame structure. Tires, wheels, fenders, axle assemblies and weight distribution hitch components; may be covered by that particular manufacturer's warranty; those items are not covered by the Trailer Toad LLC 12-month Warranty.
Items that undergo normal “wear”; such as fenders, tires, wheels, bearings, spindles, axle and paint are not covered by the 12-month Warranty. Damages caused by collision damage or abuse will void any Warranty claim. There is no other Warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on the Trailer Toad and related components. Trailer Toad LLC assumes no responsibility nor implies any Warranty on the Trailer Toad because Trailer Toad LLC has no control over the installation, maintenance and application of each Trailer Toad. Trailer Toad LLC assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or property damage resulting from the purchase and/or use of the Trailer Toad by either the original owner or any subsequent owners of a Trailer Toad. Any Warranty issue or claim must be presented to Trailer Toad LLC. All decisions pertaining to Warranty claims by Trailer Toad LLC will be final.
