IMPORTANT
Information listed below.
We ask all customers
to PLEASE read this information before ordering a Trailer Toad.
Credit Card Terms:
Before we can process a credit card order:
**Read the Company Policies Page- If
you accept those policies you MUST click on the “Submit” button, at the bottom of the page, to indicate you
have read and accepted the Company Policies for Trailer Toad LLC.
**This is now a requirement by Credit Card companies.
**We cannot process a credit card sale until that is done.
*We accept Master
Card and VISA debit and credit cards.
*We
also accept PayPal for online orders.
*All
credit cards are checked using an Address Verification System for you protection.
*We DO NOT keep your credit card numbers on file, your credit card security
is one of our priorities.
*****3% DISCOUNT for non-credit card purchase.
You can save about $100.00 by NOT using a Credit Card.
*You can send us a personal or company check or you can have your Bank do a "wire
transfer" for you that goes directly to our bank and instantly pays your invoice.
There is a small fee for the Wire Transfer, however, if you pay with that method
I will take the cost of the wire transfer off your invoice.
Warranty:
Trailer
Toad 3500HD and 5000SD models are covered by a 12-month Warranty; the warranty is in effect for the original purchaser (owner)
against manufacturing defects to frame structure. Tires, wheels, fenders, axle assemblies and weight
distribution hitch components; may be covered by that particular manufacturer's warranty; those items are
not covered by the Trailer Toad LLC 12-month Warranty.
Items that
undergo normal “wear”; such as fenders, tires, wheels, bearings, spindles, axle and paint are not covered
by the 12-month Warranty. Damages caused by collision damage or abuse will void any Warranty claim. There is no other Warranty stated or implied
due to the unusual stress placed on the Trailer Toad and related components. Trailer Toad LLC assumes no responsibility nor
implies any Warranty on the Trailer Toad because Trailer Toad LLC has no control over the installation, maintenance and application
of each Trailer Toad. Trailer Toad LLC assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or property damage resulting
from the purchase and/or use of the Trailer Toad by either the original owner or any subsequent owners of a Trailer Toad.
Any Warranty issue or
claim must be presented to Trailer Toad LLC. All decisions pertaining to Warranty claims by Trailer Toad LLC will be final.
Freight Claims/Inspection:
Inspect your Trailer Toad and related items upon delivery.
Do Not sign for delivery
if there is apparent damage without showing the damage to truck driver and noting this damage on all copies of the Delivery
Receipt the truck driver will have. Claims for damage, open or concealed, must be made immediately so the freight
company can be notified. Failure to do this may affect your claim and could possibly make it impossible to be reimbursed for
freight damages. Claims for damages or shortages must be made to Trailer Toad LLC and the freight contractor within five
days of delivery via phone, email or Priority Mail.
Returns:
We will not accept the return of a Trailer Toad or components that have been used or altered in
any manner.
Call Trailer Toad LLC if you have a question about returning a Trailer Toad. Before it can be returned you must have a RGA
number. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, any shipment that comes in C.O.D. will be rejected and returned at shipper’s
(read that as Customer's) expense.
General Information:
Prices
and policies are subject to change without notice. Trailer Toad LLC is the licensed manufacturer of the Trailer Toad, protected
by U.S. Patent #6,820,887.
