TERMS
We accept
Master Card, VISA, American Express credit cards We also accept PayPal. All credit cards are checked using an Address Verification
System for your protection. We do NOT keep your credit card numbers on file. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any
address not listed on the credit card’s billing address. Any order failing address verification approval or any other
approval by our credit card processing company is subject to credit hold pending further verification. We
may also require the cardholder to fill out Company Policy Acceptance Form and click the "Submit" button at the
bottom of this page to indicate the cardholder has read and accepts the Company Policies.
Orders
can be prepaid using cashier’s check, money order, company check or personal check and must include sufficient funds
to cover shipping costs. Orders paid for in this manner will be held until funds have cleared the issuing bank.
All shipments will be made via truck and must
be delivered to a commercial address that is capable of unloading pallets. The Trailer Toad, hitch, components and wooden
pallet weigh approximately 500 lbs.
RETURNS
Call Trailer Toad LLC (319) 404-7001 for a Return Goods
Authorization number. All returns must be made within two weeks and return freight must be prepaid. Products returned
COD or freight collect will be refused. All returns must include a RGA# and a copy of the original sales receipt. Returned
Trailer Toads or other items are subject to 25% restocking charge. Reimbursement to the customer will only be made
after all the customer’s payments have been verified. We will NOT accept returns of Trailer Toads or
other items that have been used or altered in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned Trailer Toads or other items
are subject to inspection by Trailer Toad LLC before final refund will be made. The decision whether the returned product
is acceptable is solely that of Trailer Toad LLC and is not negotiable.
CLAIMS
Inspect your Trailer Toad and related
items upon receipt. If there is apparent damage when it is delivered, NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT YOU WILL
BE ASKED TO SIGN. Claims for damages, open or concealed, must be immediately made to the freight company. Bring any damage
to the attention of the delivery person and make written notice. Claims for shortages or incorrect items must be made to Trailer
Toad LLC within five days of delivery via phone, email or letter.
One Year- Limited Warranty.
There is no warranty stated or implied due to
the unusual stress placed on the Trailer Toad and related products and because we have no control over how they are installed,
maintained or used. Trailer Toad LLC, however, does provide a limited one year warranty against defects in
workmanship. Trailer Toad LLC assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or property damage resulting
from the purchase and/or use of the Trailer Toad or related products. Any warranty issue or warranty claim must be presented
to Trailer Toad LLC. All decisions pertaining to warranty claims by Trailer Toad LLC will be final.
